OPERATION TRAINER

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts training and development programs for all team members on a regular basis
  • Updates training materials to make these more relevant to the needs of the organization
  • Maintains a monthly training calendar, ensures and provides ongoing feedback and follows up on employee and management related challenges
  • Assists in the creation, implementation, and facilitation of F&B outlet training plan
  • Reviews and analyses customers’ feedbacks through reports and mystery audit records
  • Assists outlet managers in their operations within peak times when needed

Requirements:

  • Preferably a Diploma or its equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in multiple Quick Service Restaurants with a minimum of 2 years in training
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Projects positive attitude, and outgoing personality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps (ie Google Docs, Google Spreadsheet, and Google Drive)
  • Confident and able to interact effectively with all levels of people
