CREATIVE DESIGNER

We are looking for an innovative Creative Designer to join our team. Reporting to the CEO and work closely with the creative & marketing team, and external agencies. The individual would be responsible for visual brand and marketing needs from taking conceptual design ideas and creating visual representations, both digital and in print within the company. 

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for:

  • Conceptualise, develop design concepts, graphics and layout for marketing collaterals according to brand guidelines such as flyers, poster, packaging, brochure, advertising, exhibitions, displays, name card, corporate identity and in-store signage.
  • Responsible for 2D/3D visuals, designs and concepts for new restaurant, events booth layout and etc.
  • Develop digital assets such as the website (imagery), social media graphics, email graphics, video and animation
  • Perform photography and videography of current items and new items for manual update and promotional use
  • Enhance visual design brief by gathering information, data through research on competitors and market trends
  • Provide design brief where necessary 
  • Manage design projects from conceptualization to final artwork, obtain quotation and production jobs eg, booth and stand designs for exhibitions and events
  • Ensure design consistency across all marketing collaterals are according to brand guidelines and error-free.
  • Manage and maintain graphic files and brand assets, including photos.

Requirements:

  • Possess Diploma/Degree in Visual Communications/Graphic Design/Digital media or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in F&B/retail industry and possess working experience in multimedia and advertising industry will be given prime consideration.  
  • Highly proficient in MAC operating system and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and autoCAD.
  • Experience in using Squarespace will be a plus.
  • Ability to create digital content through photography, short videos, GIF’s, cinemagraphs etc.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Cooking and assembly of burger
  • Prepare bulk preparation of food and ingredients
  • Produce orders to a consistently high standard
  • Minimise the wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food items
  • Foster and enforce an environment where food safety and hygiene is paramount

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of F&B experience is an advantage
  • Customer service oriented
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • A team player who can jump in where needed
  • Able to work 5.5 days, 44 hours a week on rotating shift including weekends and Public Holidays

Responsibilities:

    RESTAURANT MANAGER

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the efficient running and daily operations of the outlet
    • Achieve revenue targets and profitability for outlet by implementing plans to improve revenue, taking expenses into consideration
    • Monitor system and process to ensure that resources are used effectively; and also ensure the recommendations and action plans are followed through promptly
    • Motivates and directs team members to exceed customer expectations with fast, accurate, friendly service in clean surroundings.

    Requirements:

    • Preferably a Diploma or its equivalent
    • Knows the ins-and-outs of running an F&B business with a minimum of 5 years experience in multiple Quick Service Restaurants (P&L management, food safety, sales-forecasting, and staffing). Must have a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience.
    • Loves to develop and lead a team

      HEAD OF OPERATIONS

      Responsibilities:

      • Oversee and provides hands-on support to respective section in the aspect of event management, restaurant outlet and central kitchen operations
      • Take part in strategic planning and work with Management to develop, implement an effective operational/event/franchise management system
      • Manage KPIs including COL, COG, service levels and sales targets
      • Ensure that all reporting and control procedures in the operations, central kitchen, customer service, quality of production, hygiene & cleanliness standards and maintenance are in place and in accordance to the Company’s policy and compliance with all relevant hygiene and safety legislation and requirements
      • Ensure the execution of marketing events between restaurant and the Marketing team

      Requirements:

      • Preferably a diploma or its equivalent
      • Minimum 5 years of experience in operation and event management of multiple Quick Service Restaurants
      • Manager with food and beverage franchise management experience is highly advantageous
      • Strong ability in organizing & prioritizing projects and implementation skills
      • A team player who can jump in where needed
      • Excellent problem solving and leadership skills
