VeganBurg is seeking a Marketing Coordinator whose primary responsibilities are to provide administrative and marketing support to the operations of the VeganBurg restaurants and office.

In the administrative function, the Coordinator will be responsible for carrying out general administrative duties, preparing and analyzing reports, setting up and maintaining work place systems, managing security systems for both restaurant and office, and managing the office facility, equipments and supplies. He/She will assist the Directors in calendar and travel management.

In the marketing function, the Coordinator will be assisting the marketing and operations department to roll out marketing activities, responsible for excellent inter outlet and franchisee communication, developing copy and basic design of marketing collateral, and managing corporate website, social media accounts and delivery platform accounts.  

The Coordinator should be pro-active, have an eye for design and detail, as well as multi-tasking, organizing and problem-solving skills.

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Marketing, Business Admin, Mass Communications or equivalent

  • At least 3-5 years’ relevant working experience

  • Strong command of English language and flair for design

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Google Suite apps

  • Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop and Mac iOS

  • Able to work independently, work under pressure & deliver quality results with speed and minimum supervision.
