RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER

The Restaurant General Manager is required to be result-driven, dynamic, and is committed to work in a fast scaling environment that is expanding into international franchise operations. Reporting to directors, the RGM will set and achieve high standards in all areas of restaurant management to ensure smooth operating of the restaurant, provide excellent service delivery to the customers and set the standards for brand values and culture, to be the inspiration for many outlets to come.

Sales

  • Drive catering, dine-in, takeaway and online ordering sales to achieve sales target

  • Contribute to strategic plans and reviews

  • Work closely with Marketing to execute promotional or seasonal campaigns

Financials

  • Forecast staff, equipment and supply requirements

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual budget; analyze variances and initiate corrective and cost control actions

  • Work closely with Supply Chain team to manage food cost

Service excellence

  • Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards

  • Complete audits on outlet’s standards and policies

  • Resolve problems and determine system improvements

  • Develop, and provide quality training programs to restaurant team and franchisees; send the relevant staff to mandatory food hygiene courses

  • Recruiting, onboarding, orientating, scheduling and disciplining restaurant staff

  • Plan, monitor, appraise, and review job contributions; administer restaurant payroll

  • Ensure that each customer consistently receives high quality food service; respond to any customer complaint to gain positive reviews and/or feedback

Documentation

  • Prepare for, attend and lead the Weekly Operations Meeting

  • Generate and maintain outlet calendar of events and upload all documents in shared drive system

  • Develop, maintain and implement training manuals and systems to ensure all Warriors are implementing and are current practice

  • Daily report via Whatsapp, weekly progress report via Eunos Intelligence, monthly report via Black Book, quarter planning via Vision Traction Organizer & TImeline

Company expansion

  • Develop corporate-owned restaurants according to company’s plans and stay on top of operations

  • Work with Franchise Team to act as an opening & training team for franchisees

  • Participate in franchise events

KITCHEN CREW (Part time/Full time)

MARKETING & PUBLIC RELATIONS INTERN

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. You will gain broad experience and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with marketing team to execute social media strategy, working across key channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Mailchimp.

    • Streamline company social media accounts, ensuring uniform content and tone of voice.

    • Repurpose c ontent from other sources for our own social media channels and understand how to change the tone of the content for each channel.

  • Track key social media analytics on a monthly basis using Facebook Analytics and Instagram Analytics.

  • Grow and engage company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

  • Assist the marketing team with monitoring market trends and preparing presentations

  • Supporting the Marketing and Administrative team in daily administrative tasks

Requirements:

BUSINESS ADMINISTRATIVE INTERN

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Business Administrative Intern to assist the headquarters' administrative function. Reporting to the Director's Executive Assistant, the intern will work closely with office administration and outlet operations departments.

In this internship, you will have hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in business administration and management in a fast-paced environment. You can expect great exposure, as well as fulfilment in being a part of the development of the VeganBurg franchise.

Responsibilities:

  • Involved in business process and systems development and improvement

  • Participate in business improvements program and obtain certifications for VeganBurg

  • Sourcing of supplies and packaging when needed

  • General up-keeping and maintenance of office

  • Maintenance of company's shared drive

  • Assist in corresponding to Finance department

  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be currently pursuing at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

  • Strong desire to learn with a positive attitude

  • Organised, meticulous, and self-motivated

  • Self-starter, resourceful and able to work independently

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
