HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and provides hands-on support to respective section in the aspect of event management, restaurant outlet and central kitchen operations
  • Take part in strategic planning and work with Management to develop, implement an effective operational/event/franchise management system
  • Manage KPIs including COL, COG, service levels and sales targets
  • Ensure that all reporting and control procedures in the operations, central kitchen, customer service, quality of production, hygiene & cleanliness standards and maintenance are in place and in accordance to the Company’s policy and compliance with all relevant hygiene and safety legislation and requirements
  • Ensure the execution of marketing events between restaurant and the Marketing team

Requirements:

  • Preferably a diploma or its equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operation and event management of multiple Quick Service Restaurants
  • Manager with food and beverage franchise management experience is highly advantageous
  • Strong ability in organizing & prioritizing projects and implementation skills
  • A team player who can jump in where needed
  • Excellent problem solving and leadership skills
