BRANDING & MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Lead Marketing planning, strategy, development, budgeting, and execution

• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about VeganBurg and drive qualified traffic to our front door

• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution

• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis

• Manage Marketing P&L including preparing and monitoring the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely

• Manage and train Social Media Marketing Coordinator

• Collaborate with Sales and General Manager, franchisees, partners

• Oversee development of marketing material, from digital assets to in-restaurant merchandising

• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups

• Manage creative freelancers (designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers), develop and lead a pool of interns

• Spearhead Public Relations for VB in Singapore

• Support Sales and Business Development for B2B targets (catering + franchisees)

• Assist in managing and marketing to our databases (CRM + marketing automation)

• Measure ROI on various marketing efforts. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

• Assist in the development of PR campaigns (traditional + guerilla)

• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, associations and vendors

• Analyze guest behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly

• Manage accounts

 

Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience in a branding, advertising agency

• Experience in managing a team of freelancers, leading interns

• Critical and creative thinking and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn

• Fluent in the English language (both verbal and written)

• Proven experience in identifying target audiences – B2C and B2B – and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate

• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools 

• Experience in setting up and optimizing paid digital campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn)

• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets

• A strong sense of aesthetics and a love for great design, copy and communication with personality

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

• Familiarity with web design and publishing (Wordpress, Squarespace)
